Q) How do I get help with my program?

A) Contact the Choice Technologies Technical Support Department at 888-221-7905 or support@safechoice.com. If you register your program you have 10 minutes of FREE Support time. If more is required, you will need to pay by credit card. Your Support representative will provide you with various affordable Support pricing options based on your needs.



Q) I insert my CDRom but the install program doesn't load

A) If the installation program does not open automatically, click on the Start Menu and then Run. Browse for your CDRom drive (usually D) and select the CD_Start.exe file. Click OK.


Q) I am trying to install the program but I get a message that I do not have enough disk space

A) You need to have about 150 MB of hard disk space to install Choice Accounting. Go to Start/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Clean-Up and clear enough space OR delete unused and/or unwanted programs.


Q) Is there a user's manual for Choice Accounting?

A) Yes…a manual is available on your CDRom. Simply click on the "Choice Accounting Manual" button on the main menu. The manual is in MS Word format and is 17 pages.


Q) I like Choice Accounting but I need more functionality such as Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll and Inventory Management

A) At any time you can upgrade to the People's Choice Basic or Premier programs by clicking on the "Support and Upgrades" button of you program menu. Your existing Choice Accounting data will update automatically so you do not have to reenter any data! You may also call our Sales Department at 888-983-4402.


Q) How can I print checks with Choice Accounting?

A) The FREE license version of Choice Accounting is a comprehensive after the fact checkbook and accounting system, the FREE license version does not print checks. The feature to print computer checks is an Add-on module that is available for $49.95. This will print checks to pre-printed checks or to blank check stock if the bank MICR information is entered in the Bank Account set-up. The Check Printing Add-on module provides different formats that will print to standard 8.5' X 11' sheet fed checks. The checks are design for three parts with a check and two stubs. The checks can print on the top, middle, or bottom with the stubs printing in the other two parts.


Q) How do I order forms for Choice Accounting?

A) Simply click on the "Forms & Printing" button on your program menu for instructions on ordering your Choice Accounting forms.


Q) How do I register my program?

A) To register Choice Accounting, simply click on Help/Registration to utilize the quick and easy online process or call 888-983-4402 for personal assistance.


Q) How do I set up my company in Choice Accounting?

A) In the user's manual there is a simple step-by-step procedure for setting up a new company. If you need assistance, please call Technical Support at 888-221-7905.
